"The apartment has a great location in the city center. There are cafes, restaurants, shops nearby.... The apartment was perfectly cleaned on our arrival!!!! Ease of opening the front door and apartment via codes. There is no elevator in the building, but we didn't see this as a problem. The house was clean and renovated. We were 4 adults. Thank you Cedric, we were satisfied and would be happy to return"

"It’s a small apartment with an atmosphere and own character 🙂. Small indeed but you know this from all other comments. Couch is pretty comfortable to sleep on, but indeed if open than going from the bedroom to the bathroom is blocked, you need to jump over the couch. Clean. Quiet. Very very central. All that you need is there."

"It’s not that I did not like it but the 5 floors are indeed a challenge. The nice stairway compensates for the hard climb. We were with 3 of us but we only had 3 coffee pads. Would have been amazing to have coffee for all the days The attic is not up to par with the rest of apt, the couch up there reached end of its life. A new couch would give a new life to that place."

"The location was PERFECT! Right in the heart of Paris. All the main attractions were walkable from the apartment. Also, the neighbourhood had an amazing vibe. Lost of great restaurants close by too."

"The only thing that might be an issue with some visitors is that the apartment is on the fifth floor and there is no elevator. You have to carry your luggage up many flights of stairs on a winding staircase. But otherwise, the apartment was perfect for us!"

"Modern, comfortable apartment with bonus loft. One of us actually slept in the loft, one of us in the official bedroom, and one of us on the pull out sofa so we each had our own "bedroom" (we ended up being 3 of us). The location in Paris in Le Marais can't be beat. The host provided details on a place to store our luggage upon check out at Nanny Bag or similar which turned out to be very convenient."

"Locatia excelenta, intr-o zona plina de viata, foarte aproape de Muzeul Louvre si Catedrala Notre-Dame. Curatenie, paturi confortabile, bucatarie echipata cu tot ce ai nevoie, magazin alimentar la doi pasi de locatie. Un loc unde cu siguranta o sa revenim. Multumim pentru tot!"

"A localização em Le Marais é muito boa. Perto de mercados, restaurantes, cafés, à 6 minutos do metrô e o apartamento está em boas condições com equipamentos novos. Tem TV, freezer, fogão elétrico, forno, microondas, máquina de lavar roupas, Wifi, etc. E o loft dá um charme ao local (meu filho de 13 anos adorou). A entrada no prédio e no apartamento por códigos facilitou bastante o acesso. Tanto o Cedric como a Alyssia foram bem atenciosos e respondiam as mensagens enviadas."

"O apartamento fica no 5º andar e não tem elevador, embora não tenha sido um empecilho para curtir a estadia. A TV da sala estava sem pilhas, mas isso também não incomodou porque utilizamos a TV do quarto. O apartamento é muito bem localizado, limpo e tem muitas comodidades."

"Cama e sofá-cama muito confortáveis. Tem muitas comodidades, como geladeira e máquina de lavar que auxiliam na economia de gastos. Fica perto de muitas lojas, restaurantes e supermercados, bem como é bem movimentada, não ficando soturna, o que traz uma sensação de segurança. Além disso, fica a menos de 15 min de pontos turísticos como a Catedral de Notre Dame e o Rio Sena, bem como a cerca de uns 7 min a pé da estação de metrô Hotel de Ville, da qual se pode chegar a vários pontos turísticos do centro de Paris. O aquecedor também funciona muito bem e tem 2, sendo um no quarto e outro na região da sala."

"Tem cerca de 100 andares para subir até chegar ao apartamento que fica no 5° piso. Contudo, considerando a localização, seria realmente difícil encontrar algum apartamento com elevador."
